Golden Hour Glow: Hailey’s Dreamy Downtown Winter Park Senior Session

There is something truly magical about the way the light hits the cobblestones and stucco in Downtown Winter Park. It’s sophisticated, timeless, and just a little bit whimsical—exactly the vibe we wanted for Hailey’s senior portraits!

Hailey brought so much effortless energy to her session. From her radiant smile to her killer style, every frame felt like a page straight out of a magazine. We spent the afternoon wandering past the iconic ivy-covered walls and hidden archways that make Park Avenue such a staple for Central Florida senior photography.

The Looks: From Soft Chic to Bold Blue

Hailey absolutely nailed her outfit choices! We started with a strapless blush pink mini dress featuring a stunning oversized bow and a dramatic train. It was the perfect mix of "darling" and high-fashion. Paired with those crisp white block heels, she looked like a total vision against the Mediterranean-inspired architecture and those colorful Spanish-style tiles.

For her second look, she swapped the soft tones for a vibrant cobalt blue maxi dress. Can we talk about how that color pops against the greenery? Whether she was sitting by the fountain or leaning against the wrought-iron gates, the blue was a total showstopper.

My Favorite Moments:

The Tiled Steps: I am obsessed with the shots of her sitting on the steps. Those intricate yellow and red patterns added such a fun, European flair to the images.

Ivy Walls: You can’t go to Winter Park without utilizing the ivy! It framed her blonde curls perfectly and gave us that "secret garden" feel.

The Confidence: Honestly, my favorite part of any session is watching a senior really come into their own in front of the camera. Hailey is as kind as she is beautiful, and her personality shone through every laugh.

Senior Style Tips

If you’re planning your own Winter Park senior session, take a page out of Hailey’s book:

Variety is Key: One short, structured dress and one long, flowy dress gave us two completely different "feels" without changing locations.

Texture Matters: The silkiness of the pink dress vs. the comfortable knit of the blue maxi allowed for different types of movement in her posing.

Neutral Heels: A simple white or nude heel keeps the focus on you (and makes walking between locations a lot easier!).
